When it comes to lead generation via email marketing, it’s very important to have a list of professional and genuine email addresses. Learn how to find them in this guest post by Milir from Aeroleads.

If you are emailing a handful of prospects, then you may find their emails easily via manual search methods (company website, business listing, etc.).

However, to mail hundreds of prospects you need some smart methods that will not only save your time and efforts but also provide you a list of verified email addresses in minutes.

This article focuses on some data-driven email searching methods that will help you reach your prospects’ contact details easily.

Let’s dive in.

1. Email Finder or Lookup Tools

If you want a list of hundreds of email ids in a few minutes, nothing can beat email finder tools. Using an email finder tool is one of the powerful ways to perform successful email outreach.

All you need is to head towards their search bar and enter your prospect’s name or website and hit “search”. The tool will start operating and present you with a list of 100+ genuine email addresses in a matter of seconds.

Some of the popular email finder tools are Hunter, AeroLeads, Voila Norbert, ContactOut etc. All these tools come with a free Chrome extension.

2. “@domainname.com” in DuckDuckGo Search Engine

DuckDuckGo is one of the powerful search engines and you can find email addresses by using a simple yet amazing trick.

Head to DuckDuckGo search engine bar and search for @domainname.com. This search engine will provide you a list of all domain email addresses that are available publicly.

Note that this trick won’t work with Google and Bing as they use “@” sign for social media tags.

3. Export LinkedIn Connections

It’s a well-known fact that LinkedIn is a hub for millions of professionals worldwide. With LinkedIn, you can export the email-ids of your top connections related to your field. To export the email-ids, you need to be connected with your prospects. Once you establish the required connections, follow these steps:

a) At the top corner right-hand side of your LinkedIn profile, click “Me” and you will see a dropdown menu.

b) Next, click the Settings & Privacy tab. Now, click on the Privacy tab and here comes the option, “Getting a copy of your data”. Click on it and you will see a list of options from which you need data.

c) Click on the “Connections” option and hit “Request archive”. The export might not work for all email addresses.
